Debt enforcement and bankruptcy resolution

Debt enforcement involves the recovery of debts with the aid of the state, whereby the object of the debt enforcement is exclusively the collection of outstanding debts (including collateral of any nature). The primary statutory basis for debt enforcement is the Federal Statute on Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy (Bundesgesetz über Schuldbetreibung und Konkurs (SchKG)).

Cases of insolvency and bankruptcy are currently gaining in importance and complexity. On the part of the debtor, this is not purely a question of company liquidation, but frequently also concerns the issue of corporate rehabilitation – to the successful achievement of which we actively contribute.
